At least 1,500 people have died in a cholera outbreak in Yemen which the United Nations says is the worst ever.

The World Health Organization says more than a quarter-million suspected cases have been registered in the country.

But with treatment centres concentrated in cities, medical workers are struggling to get aid to remote provinces.

Al Jazeera’s Duncan Crawford reports.
